Greyhound Friends, Inc. is located on a country road close to the intersection of the Mass Turnpike and Route 495.

From the Mass Pike, take Exit 11A to Rte. 495 South. From 495 South, take Exit 21A and you'll exit onto West Main St. Proceed to the first light and take a left on Lumber St. Extension. Take a quick right on to Elm St. Take Elm St. to the end and make a left onto Wood St. Next is a quick right onto Proctor St. and another quick right onto Saddle Hill Road. The shelter is on Saddle Hill Rd. 1.5 miles up on the left side.

Note that from 6/27/2011 through 8/19/2011, Elm Street is closed for repaving. During this timeframe, follow these directions: From the Mass Pike, take Exit 11A to Rte. 495 South. From 495 South, take Exit 21A and you'll exit onto West Main St. Proceed to the second light and take a left onto Rt. 135/Wood St. After a short distance, take a right onto Proctor St. and another quick right onto Saddle Hill Road. The shelter is on Saddle Hill Rd. 1.5 miles up on the left side.
